Being thin may not solve all my problems but I’ll feel a hell lot better facing the rest of them with collar bones, a flat stomach and skinny legs.
Imagine you when you’ve reached your goal weight, you’ll be so thin, so tiny and graceful. The other girls at school will look at you and be so jealous because you’ll be their thinspiration. Your whole life will change:you look perfect in any clothes, you write amazing grades, everyone wants to be your friend, girls want to get tips on how to get as skinny as you.
Isn’t that worth the pain of starving?
Flat stomach

I will be skinny by winter. I will order large black coffees that my honey little hands can barley hold onto. I will wear leggings and ankle boots, with large sweaters and scarves and still look thin. I will show up at family reunions, and humbly accept their compliments and comments about how much I’ve changed. I will curl up in the cold car, enjoying the lights and sounds of the holidays, not worrying about how fat I look. I will have earned that cup of hot chocolate and that cookie. I will be skinny by winter.
Then turn those 2 weeks into 1 month.
And that one month into 2.
Those 2 into four.
Then think of how skinny you’ll be in a year.
Don’t binge.
STOP
Put down the cookie. Close the cupboards. Walk away from the fridge. You’re strong, you can do this. Do it for the thin legs, the collarbones and dainty waist. Do it to be skinny.
